Douglas Ranch is presently working with a number of adjacent West Valley landowners, county and regional planning organizations and municipalities. Their focus is to find solutions for pressing regional development issues, including transportation, environmental sustainability, education and economic development.

Along with a growing nucleus of residents, the region will also leverage amenities of all sorts, from sports venues to major educational and medical institutions to major shopping malls.
